Our learning is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum where, through play in a multi-sensory and communication rich learning space, we learn to explore and respond to our physical and social environment.
Many of our students have additional physical and sensory needs and are supported by external agencies that include specialist teachers from the visual and hearing impairment team.
The curriculum is based in both indoor and outdoor settings where pupils can discover the natural habitat of our Woodland Walk and the peace and tranquility of our pool. We are currently developing our outdoor provision for EYFS/Primary provisiopn.
Class based activities include a range of continuous provision from reading areas to sensory areas. Pupils regularly participate in sensory phonic sessions to develop early reading skills.
We confidently support young people into the world of education offering bespoke packages to suit family needs.
