About Us

We are a vibrant special school based in Harrogate which catering for students aged 2 – 19 years old. 

 We offer places to children and young people with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), physical difficulties (PD). Whilst many of our wonderful students have co-occurring needs, we are also highly skilled in supporting autistic children and young people to flourish and achieve.   

 Our student community attend from across North Yorkshire and neighbouring areas and authorities. We pride ourselves in being a warm and welcoming school that works closely with parents, carers and multidisciplinary teams to provide excellent educational provision for our wider community. 

 Our ethos is built on respect, dignity, and a belief in every pupil’s unique potential. We work in close partnership with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure that each learner is supported to achieve their personal best – academically, socially, and emotionally.’
