Primary 3 is led by a teacher with many years of experience in both mainstream and special schools. She is supported by General Teaching Assistants (GTA) who are highly skilled and knowledgeable in providing a creative and inspiring curriculum for pupils in KS1 and KS2 including pupils with Autism. They are supported, within the department, by three Personal Care Assistants who provide additional care when needed.

A range of other professionals such as the School Nurse, Speech and Language Therapist (SALT), Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Visual Impairmed (VI) specialist and Hearing Impaired (HI) specialist offer support and advice on a regular basis.
