Pupils follow a themed creative curriculum which covers the whole range of National Curriculum subjects. The curriculum is differentiated to suit their individual needs and abilities. Targets, focusing on key skills, are regularly reviewed and evaluated.

Pupils have opportunities to work as a group or individually and have access to a variety of specialised resources and rooms that enrich the curriculum to maximise progress. There is continuous access to a wonderful outdoor playground, which has swings, bikes and scooters.

Enabling positive communication and social interaction is a significant element of teaching. Pupils respond well to the routines and structure through a range of differentiated tasks. Their achievements and efforts are always shared and celebrated on a daily basis within the class, at assembly times and with parents/carers.
